Deep Roots is Minnesota-based blend of southern rock, country, and blues, fronted by Christine Passig. Backed by John Farber (bass/vocals), J.T. Peterson (drums), and Benny James (lead guitar/vocals), the band delivers strong harmonies, soulful grooves, and a mix of rootsy originals and crowd-favorite covers.

Recently named Midwest Country Music Organization's "Musician of the Year," Christine Passig is a solo performer, studio musician, and fronts west metro MN band, Deep Roots.

Christine has opened for Martin Zellar, The Fabulous Armadillos, 7 Summers, James Whatton Band, Wade Hayes, Pamela McNeill, Eddie Montgomery, twice for the Bellamy Brothers, and the Shaw Brothers. She was also featured in 2023's "Womensota" at Aitkin's Ripple Center with Molly Maher, Kelley Smith, Scarlett Woods, Aurora Baer, and frequently collaborates with Leavin' Page Town.
